By default the printer driver generates group files in ANSI file format. In this case if you are printing documents containing UNICODE characters in the document name (for example Asian characters) the group file doesn’t contain the document name correctly. You can create UNICODE group file by setting “UNICODE Group File” value in the printer driver INI file. For example:

UNICODE Group File=1
If this value is 1 the group file will be generated in UNICODE file format, if this value is zero or not specified the group file will be generated in ANSI file format.
